• All lay-by must be completed with in three months of the initial deposit unless pre-arranged with Territory Essence.
• Territory Essence reserves the right to retain 10% of the total value of the lay-by if the lay-by is cancelled.
• If the item purchased is to be returned all shipping will be at the expense of the consignee.
• All goods purchased are insured against damage in transit if the 2% insurance charge is paid before shipment.
